How BeatCheat stores your songs, artwork and account data, and the controls you have over it.

What we store
Your account email, profile details, project metadata, the songs you upload, generated artwork and video, and a record of every generation job including the prompt and settings used.
Where files live
In private storage scoped to your user ID. There are no permanent public links to your original song.
Third parties
We use third-party AI services for transcription, creative analysis, image and video generation. Only the files and references you explicitly select for a generation are sent.
Optional advertising measurement
When marketing measurement is enabled and you allow it, Meta Pixel and the Conversions API help Resonant Media Technologies LLC measure eligible page visits and verified account registrations. Meta may receive advertising/browser identifiers, browser information, event time, a general page address, and a SHA-256 hash of your email and account identifier for matching. Hashes are still personal data. Songs, lyrics, prompts, artwork, and private project URLs are not included. No purchase events are sent while payments are unavailable.
You can decline without affecting reel creation. We honor Global Privacy Control. Withdrawal stops future measurement and cancels queued server events; it cannot recall data already delivered. Consent is remembered in this browser for up to 180 days. Server delivery records are kept for 30 days; matching fields are cleared after delivery or terminal failure. Meta processes received information under its own privacy policy.
Your controls
Delete a song and its files from its song page. To request deletion of your account or connected social data, email support.beatcheat@gmail.com from your account email. Settings includes account deletion instructions.
Optional social publishing
If you connect Facebook or Instagram, we store your connected account names and identifiers, encrypted access tokens, and records of the captions and reels you ask us to publish. When you confirm a post, we send that finished video and caption to the selected platform. We do not request your private messages or comments for this feature.
Disconnect in Settings to remove saved social access and cancel posts still being prepared. A post already being sent may finish. Disconnecting does not delete posts already on Facebook or Instagram; manage those in the relevant app. You may also revoke access in Facebook’s Business Integrations settings.
