Rights attestation
Before a song can be analysed or used for generation, you must confirm: “I confirm I own or have all necessary permissions for the recording, composition, lyrics, samples, images and likenesses I upload, including permission to process them with AI and combine them into videos. I am responsible for my uploads and how I use or share the results. Uploading does not give BeatCheat permission to feature my work publicly.” Checking this box records an attestation with a timestamp. It does not mean the platform independently verified ownership.
What we do not claim
We do not detect, verify or prove copyright ownership. We store the attestation text, the version and a timestamp, and nothing more.
Your files
Uploads are stored privately and scoped to your account. Provider access is granted only through short-lived signed links created at generation time. You can delete a project and all of its files at any time.
Generated output
AI providers can refuse or flag inputs. When that happens we surface the error and let you edit or retry — we never retry a moderation refusal automatically.
